|  Question about 3 Misdeameanors=Felony Laws Hello to anyone who can help me. I have a legal question involving the 3 Misdemeanors=Felony laws. Here in Ohio we have small amounts (<100g) of marijuana decriminalized. It's only punishable by a $100 fine which is usually in the form of a ticket that one must pay. It's a minor misdemeanor, like a parking ticket, and does not create a criminal record. My question is, if I got 3 of these minor misdemeanor tickets for possession would the third one result in me being charged with felony possession? |
