| Hey, you all may remember me as the guy who got jacked, well my dumbass got pulled over for a traffic violation. OK, here's the deal, I think the cop must've fucked up writing my tickets. Will a couple errors on the tickets save my ass? I had a bong under my seat and 6-7 individually bagged grams, which they want to get as intent to sell. I fessed up and told the cop I had the bong, then he searched my car. I wasn't going to fight it because the cop has already nabbed me before. Anyways, I'm expecting to pay up the paraphernalia charge thats on the citation but what confuses me is the POM case #, what does that mean? The cop gave me a WARNING ticket, and he included the marijuana and paraphernalia. Heres the citation and warning. Please read them carefully. He mispelled my name on the citation, just a missing letter on the first and last name. On the warning, he messed up on my DOB. On the citation, the court date was 3 days AGO, I'm sure he meant next month, but can that work for me? And none of the boxes are marked, is it because I just gave him the bong? So I guess all I can be charged for their is the paraphernalia, right? And the warning is what confuses me. What does the POM case mean? And why did he put it on the warning ticket? Please help me out ASAP! Last edited by Dark : 11-04-2008 at 02:40 AM. Reason: Link removed |
