|  Can undercover cops smoke? I friend of mine was recently telling me of a near bust experience he had. He was saying that he had one time smoked some weed with someone he thought was a friend. My friend then decided to sell him a half eighth. Later on, he wound up getting arrested, and it turned out his "friend" was an undercover cop. My question is, are undercover cops allowed to smoke? This seems strange to me that they would, seeing as to how weed is illegal. However, i can certainly see why they would let an undercover smoke, in an effort to try and catch someone. |
