I have no idea where this question should go, but this one's probably the closest it will get(although what im talking about isn't exactly a right by law).

Anyway a while ago i took a trip on a train and took some weed home with me. I was kinda paranoid but I didnt get busted.. but what i wanted to know was what the chances are of getting busted for having weed on you in a train. Does anyone know of specific instance of someone getting busted on a train?

I traveled to mardi gras on a train and I was surprised at the lack of security. They never even checked for ID or anything. None of my bags were checked. In light of our national security risks, I can honestly say I would have liked to have seen more security. Just no puppies please!!! If you know what I mean.

Trans are a little different than planes, they wont have as much security, but im surprised they didnt even check your bags. You dont have to worry about getting busted on a train, tape your stash to you leg(wear jeans) and you'll be fine.

Yeah well the thing is that I had far too much to be taping to myself and it was half way across the country (Canada). But they didn't check my bags at all, I had it on me the whole time the closes it came to leaving my hands was when the conductor offered to carry it for me, but absolutely no scanning or searching or any of that business. I was like holy **** that was easy, like I coulda had 10 pounds in my bag and no one woulda even noticed. The reason I'm asking is because it seemed so easy that i would be comfortable doing it again but I just wanna make sure that it's safe and that my first trip wasnt just some lucky fluke. Maybe we have a Railroad employee on the site or somethin??
