|  California Rights Hey there. This is just a link to a website I found that clearly defines all of the laws and guidelines that have to do with possession and sale of marijuana in California. Just a little link. It looks as though your allowed to get busted once before any harsh penalties are enforced. I have never been caught but my friends have and the legal system is usually pretty lenient. Enjoy  California Marijuana Laws
