|  Extremely Rare Scenario Question As everybody knows, marijuana is a plant that exists in nature. So my question is: If a person was hiking, found a marijuana plant, and picked it, could they be charged for a harsh crime even though they didnt solicit or distribute it? This is such a great question for me. How could you be charged for picking a plant you found in nature?
