Smoke once a week

Hi Everyone (seasoned stoners and newbies)
Do you think that it is possible to smoke once a week and still pass a blood test even if it is schwag or dank
Also would It show up on a hair test ?
Please any opinions or stories would be helpful
I am an occasional pot smoker and how much of a risk am I running

Blood tests have a range of 72 hours, max, so that should be possible.

Hair tests show the accumulated THC metabolites over a 90 day period. If you smoked once a week, it would show up.

Urine tests are far more common than either of those. A one-time smoking session should clear your system in 3 to 5 days, depending on the amount and potency.
