So I live in NY and I'm fresh out of high school, so naturally a good amount of my friends are still minors. I used to sell buds just to my friends, but as of 2009 I haven't been. I do however still smoke and maybe help a friend FIND herb, but not make a profit nor make the actual deal, just point them in the right direction. Last night I was told by this girl (who is a minor) that someone called the police, they're doing an investigation on me, they're monitoring my cell phone, blah blah blah. Now if I've said somethings in texts that are obviously about herb (yeah texting that stuff is kinda dumb, please no flames =/ Just help) and they've recorded phone calls, they try to bust me and I have nothing on me, not even a pipe, do they have anything to put me away, or let alone fine me?

I dont believe they can arrest you simply off text but I could be wrong. How do you know this girl is telling the truth?

I could send a text or make a phone call admitting that I'm the one who killed John Lennon, but that's not proof.

It's unlikely they'll get you from phone calls alone, but the calls could get them a probable cause to show up at your door.

Just be careful, man. It does sound unlikely that you have police surveillance on you if you're just another kid smoking pot, but you never know. I would make sure this girl isn't messing with your head first.

Also, if she isn't messing with your head, tell her she's free to mess with mine. Giggidy.

Well this girl, I used to be friends with her cousin, so we used to see each other a lot. Well we got in a fight like a week ago, and she just brought this up last night, so I dunno what to really believe. I've not been texting that kind of stuff at all since, and I really should keep it that way. It's really possible that she could be messing with me, she is kind of a haha. But as long as verbal/written proof of me at least attempting to help a minor get herb doesn't enable the government to arrest me or anything like that then I'm fine. They'll never catch me with stuff in my pockets, as dumb as I've been about all this, I'm not that dumb. xD
