I got a quick question...


I was arrested, for a non-drug/alcohol related incident, which i have yet to be formally charged with. (Im out on PR, CCAP)

At this moment in time, i have 2 random UA's a month, and (sadly) i cant smoke.

The lady at the UA office, told me, the first UA (the one, i just took) would be used as a baseline, and would not count towards pass/fail, but i would have to have a lower THC count next time... And the second UA i have, (if its not lower then the THC count in the original, that it would count as a fail)... She told me, i could have 1 fail (so, in actuality, 2 fails), but on the second (really the third) i would get a warrant, and be sent back to jail..


What I'm wondering about though, is i know if i get a failed UA, that they can impose treatment (gay, i know), but can they really impose jail time, for UA's, on a non drug related charge?




EDIT: actually, i believed i just answered my own question.... possibly? I'm thinking i would just get sent back to jail, until i actually went to court for the charge
