|  Can an undercover cop arrest you for sharing bud with you? Let's say I want to be real careful about buying pot and I meet a dealer. If I decide not to buy pot from him and just ask him to chill and just share because I don't trust him. If he's a cop - can he arrest me the second I take pot from his hands? Money would not be present at all. I figured that if I befriend a dealer who is an undercover cop then he wouldn't bother with a guy who wants to befriend him and share a joint once in a while without buying it. |
