| Hello guys. I am on court supervision for 12 months from last february and 6 months of random drug testing from last february. The drug tests don't have too much longer but i have been worrying. I am 17 by the way so this is all in juvenile court. My YSO and the judge said that i only have 1 drug test left but that doesn't make sense because in court i was ordered 6 months random testing (which would make my tests end august 25th not in july). Do you guys think they are trying to trick me or am I just paranoyed? Also, they won't try and test once the 6 months of random testing are done right? By the way, the court supervision I am on is not harsh. All it is is my YSO calls my parents maybe once every couple months and sees how things are going. I am most likely just worrying but any reassurance would be much appreciated. ![]() |

| You've come this far....I'd stay safe and work on the assumption that you are right and you will be testedtil August. Is it really worth it to fail at this point if it is some sort of trick or misunderstanding?

| Oh trust me i am not going to mess with anything until at the very earliest september 2nd. I looked at my court papers and there are a few things that confuse me. First, there are about 3 different dates on the papers. It says that the case came to be heard on february 25th. But on the next page it is signed by the judge on march 2nd. And on the top of the page march 3rd is stamped. I also noticed the papers say that I am placed under a valid court order for 12 months and random and regular drug testing for 6 months. I take it the 12 months valid court order is the court supervision i previously spoke of? Ahh our gov't and there wording sure does confuse me ![]() |

| They arent going to trick you or lead you into a trap. But those dates dont make sense to me. You'll prob get tested your first 6 months and if all goes well you won't be bothered the last 6 months of your probation. What state do you live in?

| Yeah the dates make little sense to me too. The only thing i can figure is that my case was heard on february 25th, the judge signed the papers on mach 2nd once they were all typed up and on paper, and that the march 3rd stamp is when they were actually mailed? I live in Tennessee. Everything has gone well except for a few months ago i failed a random even though i haden't been smoking (i proved my innocence and the violation of probation was dropped and the judge said my charges were back to how they originally were). I have a thread about the drug test i failed too. |
