|  Conditional Discharge I got arrested in May for possession in NJ and the judge gave me a conditional discharge. I was wondering if anyone has experienced this or been randomly drug tested while on a CD?

| See my thread about drug testing while on unsupervised probation...I got the same thing in HI and haven't been able to suss out an answer....I think our lawyers give each other footrubs or something....  |

| haha i think the judge said as long as i stay out of trouble i should be fine. so hopefully no random tests. |
