|  Dirty randoms and unemployment... So my husband got suspended from his job today for a inconclusive mouth swab drug test. They claim they needed to re-test it and sent him home, saying they will call in a few days to let him know if he still has his job. I am completely freaking out because my man brings home the majority of our income. While I don't know what exactly is going to happen, I AM curious on what the laws are as far as claiming unemployment benefits if you were terminated for a failed random drug test. We live in Nevada and try as I might, I can't find much information. Anyone know something I don't? Thanks.  |
