| Such has been so for a while now assuming you can afford the lawyers. Advice to the young- You should always wear protection and cops are usually dicks so make sure you have a lawyer before you start flappin yer jaws. LEO are indeed slow to change old ways and in all honesty they tend to not be the brightest individuals from the community. Unfortunately that boils down to our communities having to litigate what will amount to ridiculous financial losses resulting from poorly trained law enforcement officers.
