Are you serious? This Dude is a two-bit petty thief and you think we are suppose to coddle him? News Flash - life is harsh on stupidity, we are just a small part of it. We are going easy on him - wait till he tries this bullshit on some Loco-13 gang member who decides to spill his gray matter all over the parking lot for such stupidity. He is making very poor split-second life and death decisions and you want us to cheer him on?

Here is a person who completely lacks situational awareness - he just doesn't get the bigger picture - and we should only tell him what he wants to hear? You are not in a position to instruct us what to say . . . you have your opinion and we have ours. I'm not going to withhold the truth of his stupidity just because he has failed to ask the right question.

He was DUI by his own admission, he did get a field sobriety test and further, a blood test for positive proof. This is not a mistake - he was stoned and driving in a manner sufficient to attract attention to his behavior, and he admitted to it after being given his Miranda Warning. His earlier behavior with the hubcap incident placed him directly in the content of the shift briefing, you know, where cops tell other cops about bad guys that they encountered that day. This guy is his own worst enemy.

Luck is for rabbits, this kid needs to wake up and smell the coffee. This kid has serious issues that need to be brought to his attention - we are doing him a favor - otherwise he is destined to a life in a small cell with a boyfriend named "Bubba". That is if he survives the head shot from the Loco-13 gang.
