Has to do with marijuana~

So i was charged on sunday for auto part theft to the third degree in washington state for stealing a ford explorer hub cap which cost 25$ this is how it happened.

We were in fred myers getting somthing to drink then when we came out side i noticed that there was another ford explorer that was my year which had the same hub caps as me (cost 25 bucks). Recently one of my hub caps fell off or got stolen so i asumed i would take one of theirs. after i poped it off and got back into my car, the man ran up out of no where stuck his arm through my back left window and grabed me by the hair. I instantly said, "woo woo woo" he then swung open my driver side door as i droped my keys in my center consule and steped out of the explorer. he was still holding onto me as he threatened to, "beat the living shit out of me" before that i had handed back the hub cap (only one) and he snatched my keys from my car. then the lady (his wife) asked me for my cell phone which i gave her and she called the cops. then the guy finaly let go of me after me and my two friends had been telling him to let go of me and he called the cops. The lady in a very dramatic voice almost sobing was quite the show told the cops where were and so did the man and the man thretend to kill me over the phone to the cops after i had surendered myself.

Then after telling the cops what happened (didnt lie being cooperative) they never arrested me and gave me the sitation for court tomarow morning.

Now to the marijuana part

(same day) only court for this is on nov 5th
Later that day a cop pulled me over for some fishy reason ill make another post about this later but needless to say i got a DUI for being high "smoking weed" even though they only found a pipe and we wernt cought smoking it but the car smelt of the weeedddd.

Do you think the judge can bring that charge up in court tomarow? and what do you think i should say not guilty ect should i ask for a court apointed attorney on the matter? what ya think? also the cop later that day said he wrote me a good statment earlier could that have been changed?
