|  Cannabis seed laws Does anyone here know if the possession of cannabis SEEDS are illegal? Common sense may dictate that ofcourse pot seeds would be illegal, but I once heard that seeds are NOT illegal since they do not contain any THC. This information would be very useful to me. Thank you. |

| Yes, the possession of Marijuana seeds IS illegal UNLESS the seeds have been sterilized. Hope this helps.
