|  Legality of being HIGH or STONED Hi all, There is something that I have believed for a long time and just want to know if any of you know anything otherwise. As far as I know, it is NOT illegal to be HIGH, or under the influence of cannabis. It is only illegal to be in possession of, or to SMOKE/USE, or to sell/distribute cannabis, to cultivate, or to drive under the influence of cannabis. Can anyone correct me if I am wrong? Thank you. |
