| According to the leader of the Marijuana Party of Canada, Marc Boris St-Maurice, Marijuana is technically legal in Canada. He says Marijuana is legal because the Ontario Court of Appeal struck down ban on possesion of Marijuana last year, and gave the Parliament one year to act. Since Parliament has not acted yet, all laws are invalid, meaning that any type of law related to Marijuana can not stick.
