|  Probation and Drug Testing I have to go to court on Aug 10 for some drug related issues and might be put on probation. Yesterday is the 2nd time i have smoked in about a month. The other time this month i have smoked was like 2 weeks before that. Waht i am wondering is will they test me the day of the court date, if not how long till they will drig test me. And also if my test comes out positive, can they do anything since i wasnt on probation when i actually smoked? |
