|  Prior Conviction & Medical Marijuana Hi There- Does anyone know about the affect of a prior conviction for cultivation on the application for medicinal marijuana? I have a prior conviction (as a co defendant) for cultivation (7 4" plants). ( my husband was on parole and searchable at the time), It has been 7 years since the conviction and I am finally off probation and no longer married, in fact it was anulled. Does anyone know about the laws regarding both. Thanks. Jennabis |
