Hi, I have some questions about somethings.

Suppose I am driving along minding my own business and a cop pulls me over for speeding or a traffic violation. I have like 2 grams of pot hidden away in my trunk.

I act a little nervous when I talk to the cop about not fully stopping at that stop sign about a block back. I may stutter a little or just seem a little nervous.

Is that enough to cause probable cause for him to search my car for drugs?

Number 2 question. Suppose I am driving perfectly fine down the road. Not speeding, obeing all traffic laws. Can a police officer stop me for another reason even though I made no driving errors and displayed no vehicular problems? Like he suspected I might have drugs because I am driving past a drug neighboorhood or something?
