i have no doubts that most of you have noticed the disturbing trends towards big-brother-1984-type government lately. i heard from this chick who used ot work in the pentagon that the government has satellites that can track you wherever the hell you are. she said "you'd be surprised" when i asked her why they would do that. if they have the slightest hint that you're dangerous to them, they will watch you. make sure you check behind all of your picture frames...
it's getting harder to break the law in any way, getting harder to smoke pot, getting harder to do f-ing ANYTHING anymore...
there is also a promising number of hardcore revolutionaries sprouting up. i find hope in the fact that although the govt is getting stronger, so are we...
although i'm terrified that the man might win, i think that if we can get enough people to realize what is going on here, we might be able to take back our lives.
things are changing FAST though.

That's a little oversimplified.

There are only two ways for satellites to be up there. 1) a normal orbit, which means it travels in a circel, one direction, and on a set time. Obviously, if you were walking a different direction, it couldn't stay with you. 2) Geo-synchronous orbit. That means it stays in a fixed point and rotates with the earth. Again, it can't really "track" you because it doesn't move.

The KH series are among the better satellites we have up for "spy" stuff. Tasking them to do something is not a simple thing. If we can't get them for things like hostage situations, what in the world makes anyone think we could get them to watch someone buy an ounce?

Watch the movie Enemy of the State, look at all the whiz-bang gizmo's then remember, it's fiction.
