my friend has heard in our county that the Cops have started swabbing people mouths when they pull them over, even if they looked stoned. i was wondering if anyone has heard, or par-took in this. he told be they swab your mouth, put it in a solution, and if it turns a color they give you a ticket called "possesion by consumption" anyone heard this?> also sorry mods if this is in the wrong place, but i can't remember where it

first of all, what state and which county? Second of all i wouldn't worry. It may simply be that i live in a liberal state (washington) but as far as i know the only illegality in pot is possession, as in actual tangible pot. Thus far i have never been arrested for being under the influence, though i've had some close calls involving secret pockets (phew). You could try calling your local courthouse, or check the local library. Reading never hurt anybody...except Tom Cruise
