|  Private possession LEGAL in Alaska, Supreme Court Lets it STAND! Although it has been for a few months now, the state supreme court just confirmed it by allowing the state appeals court decision to STAND. 4 ounces of marijuana in the privacy of an adult's home assuming he/she is 21 and up is now perfectly legal. There is an initiative to legalize the liscensed sale and distribution this november. http://www.news-miner.com/Stories/0,...400558,00.html Keep in mind marijuana is not legal to sell in shops around town. it is still illegal to sell it. But you can legally possess it in your home.

| Great, it's almost legal there. If things go well, it will be completely Legal in the state of Alaska soon!!

| I know it can be very nice - for about 2 weeks a year .Kidding, I just froze my a$$ off when I was there. Did some climbing and hiking which was very fun. The fishing was boring and cold. Fishing bores me... Poor me   |

| Sweet! though I noticed it says the Attorney General still intends on proving its a harmful drug and should be illigal,  alwell, don't matter to me if he wants to waste his time
