Total plants= 1069

Total weight 22,230 grams
I am 46 and lived there by myself.
I have a record from 1973 for possession for the purpose and did three months in jail.
Any suggestions on what kind of sentencing i will get for this bust ?

I live in Toronto and was busted living in a 2 bedrrom aparment.

PS... no other drugs,guns,...etc. in the apartment

Thanks for your input.I did not post this for people to ask question on my grow operation or what i should have done or should do.I was just wondering if any readers know of other people in the same circumstance and what kind of sentencing they received in court.

A good laywer OR run away to Holland or somewhere deep in Cali or Florida

BTW I thought MJ was legal in Canada?

Medicinal, yes. Otherwise, no. Some parts of Canada (like BC) are more lenient in actually enforcing, though.

yes, in BC they are very lenient! but 1069 plants? ahhhhh, probly gonna have to explain to them, like, why you need so many? growing small amounts for personal use, has a hell of a lot lower penaltie, than growing a crapload for distribution.

1069 plants in an apartment? must be a big apartment!!
