Ok. I was at school when i was called to the office by the principal telling me “we need to talk to you." right then i something was up because i had a weird feeling something was going to happen. They brought me into the office and told me "we have had several complaints that you have been dealing drugs." first thing that came to my mind was I’m f=cked.
Reason 1: I had a gram of Hydro in my pocket in a Lucas bottle.
Reason 2: I had 4 2mg Xanax pills in a pen, tucked away in my tie.
So they made me empty my pockets knowing that I had the pills in pens. This alarmed me because not too many people knew where i kept them so obviously someone had told them where I kept my pills. They quickly uncapped/disassembled the numerous pens I had in my pockets. Luckily they didn’t find any pills. However the principal was curious about the Lucas container. She shook it and there still was lucas in the container so she put it down. Where I probably made my biggest mistake was actually taking the container and digesting some lucas. She came again popped the top and found the baggie of dro covered with lucas. Then they proceeded to call the cops. By this time they had also called my mom telling her that I was under suspicion of drug dealing. So my mom came they showed her the dro. Then the cop came they explained what happened. So he cuffed me and sat me back down. I wasn’t scared or anything but what pissed me off was they waited till school ended till the cop walked to his car. The whole school saw me in cuffs and watched as we drove away. After a while we got to the jail. Did I mention I'm 17 and yet they charge me as an adult. Ironically, I had been trying to get a computer based job and yet I was turned down because of my age not being 18 despite my computer skills and experience. After being let out of the car and into booking they told me to remove all my personal items. So after taking off my tie another cop feels the pen in the tie and asks me what it is. I was like I dunno. So a while for the arresting officer to get the pen out but surely found the 4 2mg Xanax pills. After a few hours of jail, I was released on a personal bond. This is my first offense because I had a clean record. So I'm being charged with a possession of Marijuana (Class B Misdemeanor) and possession of a controlled substance (Class A Misdemeanor). I had not intent of selling anything however I had given some B!tch half a Xanax pill. She popped it later on and from what I'm told acted an @ss at our volleyball game. Her parents must have asked her why she was acting the way she was. So she gave me my name and told them where I kept my pills. Both of the possessed “drugs” were for personal consumption. But I had given a guy 2 pills because he was having a ****ty day so I felt sorry for him and gave him the pills he pops them and he is straight up on it at lunch. The teachers obviously see him and question him. He later called me and told me that he wanted to know if he could tell them my name so he could stay in that school because he was facing a give me a name or your expelled situation. My question is what should I do? I have to go to court Nov.8th and they have appointed me a lawyer because at the time I didn’t know what to do. So I'm stuck with some lawyer from the system. Any comments questions or advice is welcome. This is a very serious manner and I hope someone can provide me some advice or insight. Thanks.

Do a search. You will find a thread where being busted at school is already a topic.

As an Administrator of Cheaptalk, for the record, we do not condone kids bringing marijuana or narcotics to school.

If you were grown up enough to take that crap to school, I hope you are grown up enough to handle the consequences. Are you aware of Federal Student Financial Aid rules regarding your record with drug prosecution? You can be denied loans and grants to attend college if you are convicted.
