a couple nights ago the cops searched my boyfriend's house and found his pipe, his roommates pipe, a tiny tiny sack, his gas mask, his bong and they planted a pipe and a sack in his roommates room. that night, I got arrested along with three other girls that were there. The girls admitted that they'd had a beer or two, and they let them go. But I had not been drinking that night, in fact I wasn't even the least bit high, and they wanted me to take a piss test. Everyone else got to go within five minutes, but i had to stay while they tried to get me to take a piss test. i refused to take one because as far as i could see they had no reason to believe that i had anything in my system. can they make you take a piss test or can you legally refuse to take one?
