| My P.O. assigned me county work crew for recieving a speeding ticket, and in the report from the crew leader it said something along the lines of that i was promoting marijuana use and bragging about teh ability to pass any drug test. Now my P.O. is trying to revoke my probation and put me under house arrest with an ankle moniter for "promoting marijuana use". What happened to the 1st ammendment? I, for one, dont think what she is trying to do is legal at all, and i personally feel like it is a vilation of my human rights. Does anyone know of any Colorado laws, court cases, ammendments, anything at all that could help? I dont want to go into this meeting empty handed, abnd i would really like to have some hard proof that it is unconstitutional for her to do this. Thanks NovaBlue |
