| Any places in the home that are better than others? How about the home safe or will that just get cracked if there is ever a search? |

| There is a thread regarding hiding places in the Methods of Use: http://www.marijuana.com/420/showthread.php?t=999 As far as safes go, I believe they need a seperate warrant to search a safe.

| Generally, there is no need for a seperate warrant to search a safe. A properly written warrant will include any place in the home that you have control over.

| I highly advise hiding it well, I LOVE when my dog shows me new places Oh, just don't hide it in anything valuable, good chance it won't end up in the same shape after the pooch's alert. Please put in heating vents, ceiling tiles, freezer, oh, toilet tank, ummm, kitchen cabinets behind food, light fixtures, electrical outlet plates, washer/dryer, kid's bedroom. Any place else I missed Niteshift, you know us cops don't know ANY tricks of the trade, we usually just look in the nightstand and if it isn't there, we leave with our tails between our legs and say "sorry" ![]()

| If you're driving, a good place to hide it is in your door -- slip it down in between the rubber pieces that hold the window in place. Of course, it won't help you if they bring out a dog, and when you get where you're going to have to take the door panel off to get at it =)
