|  What happens when you get caught? I'm just wondering. I'm a minor (16) in California. What would happen if I was caught with just say a few grams or whatever? I'm not really worried, as I don't even smoke that often, and when I do, I'm really paranoid about it and go to many efforts to make sure I don't get caught, but would would happen if I did? What would the maximum charges be? What usually happens? I'm just trying to clear a few things up for myself and for some friends who are a bit skeptic about the laws. Thanks for the help!  Oh, and sorry if that has been posted before, but I didn't find anything real quick using the search (I'm probably using back keywords). |
