No, because the site doesn't distribute marijuana. Hard as it is to believe, free speech is still allowed for the most part.

Heh. Then there's the case of the kid who supposedly wrote about zombies killing everyone in his high school... was arrested and is on trial for terrorism!

Apparently, in Kentucky just writing about something is equivalent to participating in an illegal activity. So according to their laws, all of us who acknowledge our use of marijuana online are guilty.

I would love to see Moses descend from the heavens in the middle of the next State of the Union address or something, joint in hand, and say "Forgot one thing. Thou shalt smoketh of the divine herb. You know, cannabis, marijuana, ganja, the one with THC." And then it would just be all the politicians in a big televised pot party. Different ones would just randomly jump on the mic and say their nonsense, but this time it would be the good kind of nonsense.
