|  Im so Worried, Please give me advice hey guys im so worried i have a drug test for probation commin up this thursday the 7th and i smoked a ciggereillo of swagg yesterday. Havnt smoked in a month. Please tell me what to do! |

| This should be in the drug testing forum, for future reference  Anyway, about two hours before the test, drink a liter of water, and take a few b-12 vitamins. Smoking that one time probably won't hurt too much, but it never hurts to play it safe.
