I was driving to Giant grocery store and i did not get pulled over. I pulled into a parking space and a cop parked next to me and was staring in my face. When i opened my door, he told me that i was very close to going to jail. I asked him why and he told me that i was speeding. I proceeded to get out of my car. The cop asked me for my license, which was suspended without my knowlage. He then noticed a marijuana seed on my drivers seet. (i was smooking in my car but not that day, or even that week). The cop then told me he could arrest my mom because it was found in her car. He then asked to search me. I allowed him and he did not find anything. He then told me eather to let him search my van or he'd try to get a warrent to do so i let him and he found five seeds. He let me go, but not im my vehicle, i had to call someone to pick my van up for me. I am being charged with possion of narcotics (5 seeds) and driving without a license (not of my knowlage) what could i possibly do?
