|  Drug Dogs Does anyone know of any methods to trick drug dogs. IE. certain herbs or oils that might block the scent of marijuana or certian wraping techniques.  |

|  I've heard that packing weed in the middle of ground coffee puts them off. Packing in sealed heavy plastic, using the kind of gadget that fuses the plastic together, should work. The trick there is to get the outside of the package totally clean. Wearing new rubber gloves, swab down the plastic with acetone. This should remove all organic residue. As a bonus, it also removes fingerprints. Don't use too much acetone as extended contact might dissolve the plastic. After that, don't touch the package with anything that's touched marijuana. To keep the benefit of no prints, don't touch it with your bare hands. Without your prints you always have the defense that it was planted by someone else.

| Anything that is airtight will work, although you have to be careful like buzzby said. You cannot "cover up" a smell, that isn't the way a dog's nose works.

| Zip locked bags aren't reliably airtight, which is why I recommended the heat sealed kind. If you suck all the air out of a zip locked bag before storing it you'll find that air leaks in. If it can leak in it can leak out. If you use the heat sealed method, don't vacuum out all the air. It'll dry out the bud too much. |

 Trust him...^.... Unklike us, dogs can differentiate different smells ...and separate them out...much like we do in a "cocktail party" ...lot's of different conversations but we can "trace" one line of talk.
