|  Marijuanna seized by cops!!!!help Hello my name is ryan and on firday april 22nd my mother got arrested with cultvation, she had 10 plants growing in the basement. We live in Canada and she has two broken legs so of course she goes to ocma and gets medical marijuanna. She has no way to get it because they denid her a grower and she applied for her cultivation liscence and the papers are on the way... Anyone have any adice help |

| The good news is that hardly anyone in Canada goes to jail for minor marijuana crimes. The fact that your mom has applied for a grower's permit for medical marijuana is a point in her favor. Her punishment will probably be some hours of community service. What's "ocma"? What's the difference between a "grower's" and "cultivation license?

| I think that means they denied that someone could grow it for her, so she applied so she could grow it herself. Yes, at most I think she would get a fine and a mark on her record. |
