I wish to explain my self to this forum.The things I said to fillabong needed to be said in a public forum for this reason.2. Immediately provide to the undersigned attorneys a written undertaking stating that you have proceeded with the withdrawal of all products and/or and advertizing of the offending products in your store, web site, pamphlets and/or catalogues and any other products or materials exhibiting the name “Fillabong”;

This was to prove that fillabong and my self are not the same person.The company Billabong thinks that fillabongs postings are comeing from me I needed to comply with that order, that having been done.I wish to say that I am sorry to fillabong and this forum for acting like an ******* that is not me.I don't care if fillabong uses my company name in fact I invite him to use it in the future or anybody for that matter may use it.Starting May 20 I am giving free e-mail addresses under the fillabong name to anyone who wants one (yourname@fillabong.com)It is a new forum free posting message boards and e-mail.Again I am very sorry to anyone offended by me.
