|  Any lawyers here? Medical cards and ethics checks... I remember a few lawyers used to be on the hc site when I frequented it, so hopefully one will see this. I'm considering getting a California medical mj card but I want to confirm that it won't show up or otherwise be an issue with the ethics check for the bar. Would it be prudent to wait for the outcome of Raich v. Ashcroft before making a decision or are the privacy safeguards in place within the California system sufficient? |
