If you were arested and had dugout on you how would that be charged, would it be paraphanlia and possession or what?
For those who don't know what a dugout is it is a wooden box with two compartments, one holds a short pipe usually camouflaged to look like a ciggarette, the other holds choped up bud. The pipe is actually the same size and shape as a cig, except maybe a bit shorter and has an open end at the front, you stick it into the broken bud compartment and give it a few twists to load it, then smoke it like a ciggarete.
I live in Canada, I've never even been talked to by a cop except talking to trafic cops on my bike while waiting for a light to change. I pretty much always carry my dugout because with it I can smoke anywhere anytime I want.

ummmm.....depends on wether there was weed in the compartment or not.....technically, you'd be charged with both possession(of marijuana) and possession of paraphenilia in most jurisdictions. After all, you would be possession of both a pipe and weed, and its not likely a cop would overlook something like that. I mean, some states will give you marijunana possession for the resin in your pipe, and paraphenilia for the pipe itself.....as long as theres a detectable amount of cannabis/thc in the resin

When I was busted my dugout was about half full of pot, but I think since I cooperated with the cop he only charged me with possesion of paraphanlia.

Higher Logic

What does it say on your ticket? Most of the time if you have under a gram or a very negliable amount of bud on your person they'll just give you possession of paraphenalia.
