I really think it'll get thrown out-

oppyeahuknowme is possibly right.. I wasn't high at the time and the cop only had said my eyes were red. Therefore he had no right to search my car, even though he said I had failed 4/6 sobriety tests which was such b*llsh*t.. then I overhear him at the station saying how many people he and his "buddies" pulled over.

Like I said, I have a good lawyer and am going to use this very much against the trooper.

Dude, when you fail 4/6 sobriety tests, its grounds for arrest. At that point, the cop had every right to search your vehicle is he planned on arresting you on those grounds. As for the cop bragging about how many people he pulled over....thats meaningless in court. Cops talk about their work days just like anyone else. For them, talking about how many people they pulled over is no different than me talking about how many people I checked into the motel where I work. How that would affect anything in court is beyond me.

I know man, but the thing was.. was that I WAS NOT INTOXICATED. I told the officer I sucked at balancing my feet like that, yet I know that was no "excuse" to him.

If you think you're right, get a lawyer. It's better to have someone in the court system yhat is looking out for you.

Dude I've got a GREAT lawyer. Very expensive..

He got my Uncle out of his 3rd DUI. Wasn't even charged, and he blew way over the breathalizer limit.

I go tomarrow morning- wish me luck! I let you all know what happens.

I'm on Ohio, BTW.
