Alaska is the best! but there are still some loopholes. I had afriend get caught with 4lbs and only about a month of jail time...they are quickly trying to change the law though, so i'm sitting tight for the time being.

They are trying to pass a law in the city that would allow the police to pass out ticket for having less than 7 grams of pot. The City needs more money after all Daley wants to be Mayor again.
