Which three states do you think have the most relaxed laws on Cultivation, and Possession say over 10lbs?

Haven't a clue, don't live there. But I would seriously NOT want to get caught with 10 lbs for ANY reason

If that site is accurate, then i'm very suprised that California has almost just as relaxed laws as say British Columbia, Canada! I always assumed that every state was overly harsh, but I guess not.

The best state is Alaska because you can grow up to 25 plants and have 4 ounces in your house and it is legal.

2nd would be Ohio where you can have up to 100 grams and it is a civil violation with a maximum penalty of a 100 dollar fine, 100 to 200 grams is a misdemeanor which is punishable with a fine of up to 250 dollars.
Growing is also decriminalized but the gram limits are the same and you risk that they would count the weight of leaves, roots etc...

IN OHIO YOU CAN ALSO SELL 20 GRAMS OR LESS AND THE MAXIMUM PENALTY IS A CIVIL VIOLATION WITH A MAXIMUM FINE OF 100 DOLLARS

from what i read this is the only state where dealing is decriminalized.

3rd place in my opinion is Colorado because you can have one ounce or less and it is a petty offence with a maximum penalty of a 100 dollar fine.
