Ok, this is a national park in DC called Rock Creek. The creek itself was close by so park property could very well have extended there. I couldnt tell at the time because as far as I could see the street I was on was just any other street.

And Ive already described everything that happened. I didnt yell or push or anything. I calmly responded to all of his questions and requests, and when I protested the search I didnt lose my cool. I promise I havent left out any other major details.

But yeah, thanks for what yall have told me so far.

There are members that have gone to jail for less. Why would you carry 1/2 ounce anyhow? You shouldn't have that much on your person in the first place. Why didn't you leave some at home? I would say a prayer and avoid the LEO at all costs. I'll bet he'll be looking for you to screw up. AGAIN!

See, this is why it's always good to have a hacky sack on you when you're waiting for something. I bet you anything he wouldn't have paid any attention to you if you guys were just playin hacky sack. But, you were sittin there doing nothing in a park so... He probably felt like being a prick.
