|  If, in the United States, it is legal to smoke, and have marijuana as a rastafarian, i say whenever you get busted say "hey man i am a rastafarian". Who are they to say you aren't, just read up a bit on them and you are set. You don't need to have a certificate that says you are a rastafarian, so you are in the clear!!
