| Just the other night my g/f's brother was selling 2 ounces to 3 other kids. They picked him and went for a ride. Apparently one ounce was going to the 3 kids and they were suppose to meet someone else for the other ounce. The 3 kids couldn't get a hold of the other dude that wanted the ounce so they pulled into a parking lot to smoke and wait for him when two masked men came running out of the woods w/ guns and knives and yanked the 3 kids and my g/f's brother out of the car. They robbed all of them and took all of my g/f's brothers' weed. Now this is armed robbery, a federal offense, but my g/f's brother can't report it because he was selling weed so he would be screwing himself over. We find it a little too convenient that these 3 kids would ask for 2 ounces, not get a hold of someone, go to a place they wanted to go and have 2 guys jump them from the woods. No one else knew they were there except for the people in the car. Our theory is the 3 kids planned it from the get go and had two other friends wait in the woods and jump them all to make it look like the other 3 weren't involved. We've called it on them but they just deny it, obviously. There isn't much that can be done cuz its our word against theirs and where weed is involved it can't be reported. My g/f's brother also got $160 stolen from his wallet. I just feel so bad for him and wish there was a way to get to the bottom of it and get his **** back. I also hope we aren't jumping to conclusions either and blaming the 3 kids for setting him up if they really didn't...it's just too perfect of a coincidence that 2 kids would wait in the woods for just anyone to stroll up? Plus, how do 2 kids man handle 4? unless the other 3 were involved. |

| I don't see what this has to do with "Cannabs and the Law," seeing as it's reserved for more...traditional issues...whereas your issue is about dealing. Simply put: it goes with the business. There's not many dealers out there who haven't been robbed, setup (especially be people who should be your friends), punched and kicked, pistol whipped, etc. Likely setup? Sounds like it. My favorite one goes something like this: guy takes money from buyer, says he's going to pick up the bud, and when you do call him to find out where he's at because it's taking so long, a "cop" answers and says your "friend" is arrested. There's a million of them, and when money's involved, even for a little amount like 2 ounces, people will do anything. You can talk about this in the 420 Lounge though, since we really can't give you legal advice about something like this. Thread Closed. http://420.marijuana.com
