Im 16 and my mom wants me to take a piss test because she thinks I'll ruin my life. ( coming from somone,who back in the day, did heroin a couple times and every pill known to man)
I only smoke weed and frum my recolection ive never gotten into any type of trouble, plus Im 3.6 gpa student. but thats besides the point.
I go to a private highschool and bound for collage. If i fail the test she will kik me out and put me in public skl.

Is there anything- like a court ruling or somthin- that says she cant do this? prolly not but wish me luck on the test. (thank god for the local head shop and their wonderful selection of 100% garunteed detox)

You're in private school and she wants to put you in public because you smoke pot? That dosen't make sense to me. She might be worried that smoking will lead to harder things for you, since it did for her. Just remember that when you talk to her. You should try assuage her fears by telling you that you have no interest in other substances. Just realize that she's looking out for you, but she's got to realize that putting you into public school is not going to help her cause.

I understand where she's comin frum but she wont listen to me. she says "you'll never know what you will do in the future" but that is bull****. I dont even drink. I got rid of some of my friends cause of the dumb **** they were tryin.


I'm not sayin that public skool is bad but i take collage level clases right now with really good teachers. I just dont want to be put into somplace unchallenging.

Personally, I think public school would be a good change for you. Having done both public and private schools, I can tell you that the education level is about the same-- ie they both suck. I've found that you are your best teacher. You go to college and theres all these dumb professors who can tell you what kind of toilet paper Napolean used, yet when asked about anything relevant, they freeze up. As far as marijuana goes, if it's something you enjoy and deep down really want to do, why stop? Perhaps if you continue to be a good student, graduate, and get a good job, your mother will realize that it's not so harmful? Good luck.

Well... most public schools have ALOT more drugs in them then private schools so i dont really see her logic.... just tell her that.
