Hello, like 6 months ago i was arrested for possession and eventually i got the possession dropped and plead guilty to paraphernalia so that i could go into a program known as ARD. Which in case you dont know its basically where you go on for probation for a certain amount of time and when its all over you can get it wiped from your record. I got probation for 12 months and the judge ordered a drug test asap. Now i will easily pass the drug test coming in a few weeks but i was wondering if anyone knew how strict they really were for this program, a lawyer told me that ARD people are on the bottom of the list as far as being watched. Also, i noticed that on my paper it only said i couldnt drink alcohol, the space where it asked for urinalysis was blank, now does this mean after the court ordered drug test they cant test me anymore or can my officer drug test me as much as he wants even after i pass the first test. This may be a stupid question but i was just wondering if anyone had an idea since ive been clean for a little bit now and it really sucks living without my number one stress reliever haha. I am in ARD for a DUI i got. My probation will be over in a month. I had to send in reporting forms every 3 months, and have never actually talked to or met my probation officer. Once i spoke with someone else in the office when i changed my address. Technically i am not allowed to drink, go to bars, or do any drugs. If you don't get in trouble during your probation, i doubt they would take the time to test you for anything. Especially when they have so many other "clients" that are getting into repeated trouble taking up their time. Just my opinion though. But i wouldn't worry too much.
