| This might make a few people mad who've been under the eye of the law, but thinking about it, legalization really favors protecting police officers. How many cops die busting drug junkies who are worthless to begin with? I really feel like it protects everyone in the system, even society. Growing up with regulated drugs, you just don't give a damn. You see people getting high and wasted, and as you get older, you almost regaurd it as stupid to do. Kids now have no clue what to believe on drugs, so of course curiousity leads to trying them. I just wish we could all get along, and leave eachother alone. I really want the law to subside a bit, focus on more criminal issues, so maybe we can all come together, especially religiously as I feel that a society bound on religious morals (minus fanatic murderers) is really a step for us in the right direction. I want my main worries to be not what I can get away with, but how I can connect with my lord. I want society to be an overwhelming religion bound place, where relationships are more coveted than making money, and life AFTER death becomes your biggest concern. You have 80 years to stick it out here, but the afterlife becomes your most important concern. |
