|  quick question RE: possesion..what should I expect? I was caught smoking in my friends dorm room a couple of months back in san diego and was arrested/ticketed for possesion of less than one ounce (ticket says misdeamnor).I wasnt taken to jail, they let me go after he finished writing the ticket. He also informed me I had to leave my car in the lot and find another ride home or I would face a DUI charge. I ended up findind a ride home that night and filed ticket away. The date is December 20th and coming up very quickly. What should I be expecting in court? I also read the penalty is much larger if you are in a school zone. Is a college really considered a school zone? Thanks, |
