|  Caught yet again This is my second time being issued a mj citation (less than 1 oz). My first one was waved because i told the judge i go to AA and NA meetings and see a counseler. I previously had a clean record. She told me she would not be leanient if she were to see me again. I just got another ticket only 1 month after my first one. I live in Ca and am 18. Is there any way i can get a harsher punishment because this is my second offense although the 1st offense was waived? |
